Professional Biography

Dennis has worked in the Fashion media and communications sectors for over 15 years. He started his career working as a freelance journalist and editor, progressing to styling, creative direction and editorial roles. He contributed to titles such as Vogue E+T (Australia), West East (Hong Kong), The Telegraph, The Sunday Times, The Times (online), Blueprint magazine, The Sunday Express and Toni&Guy Magazine. He has worked as a promotional copywriter for MTV, The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Mark Warner. Senior editorial roles include TripAdvisor and GT Magazine (amongst others), and he has acted as Editor-at-Large for Phoenix Magazine, He Launched and acted as Editor of GEIST Magazine and was Editor at Large of Fashionista, a publication for Graduate Fashion Week. Dennis started teaching in 2007.

  • BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Surrey University (RIL), 1996.

2012 – Participation in the successful revalidation of the BA (Hons) Fashion Promotion Programme at UCA Rochester.

2015 – Led the successful revalidation of the BA (Hons) Fashion Journalism Programme at UCA Epsom.
