FAQs
Where can I get a transcript or replacement certificate?
The quickest way to request a transcript or replacement certificate is by following these steps.
Am I an alum or an associate alum?
If you were invited to a graduation ceremony at Regent's, it's likely you have full alumni status. It's always best to check though, so contact us and we'll let you know! Think you might be an associate alum? Find out more about our Associate Alumni Programme.
Where's my access card?
It can take up to 12 weeks for your access card to be delivered after you've applied via Re:Connect. If you need to visit campus before you have your card, you can use your online access letter, available on Re:Connect under Benefits and Services > Your access card.
Can I access online journals as part of the library?
Due to licensing laws, online journals are only available to our students, not alumni.
I don't get any emails from Regent's, why is that?
You may have opted out of communications at some point, or we might not have the right email address for you. Contact us to be put back on our mailing lists.
How do I opt out of communications?
You can opt out of communications by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any of our emails, or contact us directly.
I can't access my student email or login?
Student accounts expire six months after the end of your course. Find out more about your new alumni programme on Re:Connect.
