Professional Biography
Dr Helena Belgrave has worked at Regent's University London since 2021. She started as a personal tutor in the counselling psychology team. Now she is Professional Practice Lead, Personal Tutor and Placement Coordinator for the Counselling Psychology Team.
She also has her own private practice, where she specialises in perinatal clients.

Teaching
Helena is currently completing the Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education, and has commenced teaching on the undergraduate Psychology program at Regent's.
Prior to this, Helena taught on the Regent's Counselling Psychology Programme.
She has also done some more informal teaching through supervising trainees in her capacity as a Personal Tutor.
Outside of her work at Regent's, Helena has also delivered yearly lectures for the DPsych team at University of East London in relation to theory and practice, as well as various workshops on perinatal issues for different organisations.
