Professional Biography

Dr Kesseba has long-standing international experience working in Higher Education and various business and consultancy sectors. That entails professional and academic acumens in International Business Management, International Strategy, Global Supply Chain Management, Philosophy of Management, Ethics, Methods of Organization, and Strategic Alliances. The mentioned spectrum of experiences gained within various large, medium, and small-sized portfolio entities across four regions (Europe, North America, Africa, and the Middle East).

Dr Kesseba’s academic experience has accumulated throughout the years as an Assistant Professor of Management, Associate Professor of Management, and as a Doctor of Business Administration. His research work and interest focus on managerial tactics, logic, and the underlying philosophical aspects and values in managing various forms and contexts of organizations, alliances, and partnerships. His lectureship activities are aligned with his research domains and cover subjects of Philosophy, Research Methods, Sustainable Management, International Business Management, and Supply Chain Management across various levels of undergraduate, postgraduate & and executive education.

Dr Kesseba is a keynote speaker at the Geological Society conference, in London, UK. A Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), UK. Additionally, a member of the committee, and the Co-Chair of the Inter-Organizational Collaboration Subject Interest Group (SIG) at the British Academy of Management (BAM). His bachelor’s degree (BCom) is in Commerce and Business Management from Helwan University in Egypt. His Master’s degree (MBA) is in International Business Administration from ESLSCA Business School in France, and his Doctorate (DBA) in Business Administration from Sheffield Business School at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK.
