About me
My name is Jana, and I am Enrolment Officer at Regent's School of English. My role is to respond to inquiries about our English language courses and follow relevant procedures. I process incoming bookings and advise students on the most suitable course and accommodation, prepare course acceptance and visa letters, and liaise with agents and providers. I also meet with students in person, I show them around the campus, and I make them feel welcomed.
Throughout my past employments in the travel and public sectors, I have acquired a lot of experience in multicultural environments, together with a good coordination and administration of projects. At Regent’s, I really enjoy communicating with other people, practising my interpersonal and interactive abilities, and acquiring new skills.
I enjoy walking in the nature, cycling, swimming, skiing and horse riding. My hobbies are photography, design, art, dance, film & music, and I recently started to learn Spanish.
