After graduating, Marta, daughter of Zara founder Amancio Ortega, began her career working as a sales assistant in Zara and Bershka stores across London. She’s now been with their parent company, Inditex, for over 15 years and will soon take over as Chairwoman – leading the biggest high street fashion group in the world, whose brands include Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho and Pull&Bear – with over 7,000 stores in 93 markets worldwide.
