About the Regent’s Model

The Regent’s approach to curriculum development comprises three key building blocks, which each provide a valuable cornerstone on which students build their skills and future career.

  1. Subject Core: Fundamentals of each discipline where students gain skills and knowledge to become great practitioners
  2. Special Electives: A choice of 40 cross-disciplinary modules that allow students to develop a well-rounded skillset to complement their core, and add even more value to their CV and personal brand
  3. Industry & Entrepreneurship: Each Undergraduate student will study four embedded Industry & Entrepreneurship modules, developed in collaboration with industry and careers experts. Students will test their ideas, gain close industry connections and take on real-world projects.

Key features

  • Courses built on leading academic thinking, informed by in-house research and practice
  • Students gain deep practical experience: hands-on workshops, site visits and masterclasses
  • Embedded Industry & Entrepreneurship modules from day one of each Undergraduate degree.

Undergraduate portfolio: 19 purpose-built degrees

Alongside the new approach to curriculum design, Regent’s has opened entry in September 2023 to 19 purpose-built Undergraduate degrees and three specialist Foundation pathways in Business, Fashion & Design, and Liberal Arts and Media.

Drawing on several high-performing areas – including Business and Entrepreneurship, Luxury Brand Management, and Art History – and launching brand new degrees in fields like Advertising and Business and Sustainability, the portfolio aims to provide students with a selection of broad, future-facing courses as they develop their career ambitions.

The courses are open for entry in September 2023, with the first cohort set to graduate in 2026 – ready to deepen their studies at Masters’ level or make their mark in the world of work.

The Regent’s difference

Visiting Professorships breakout session

Alongside the fresh approach to learning and teaching, every Regent’s degree is complemented by a strong programme of co-curricular activities.

  • Visiting Professorships where experts from leading brands such as Harrods, dunhill and McLaren Automotive engage students in every discipline through masterclasses, internships and behind-the-scenes site visits
  • Students and graduates can apply for entry into the Founders Programme: a tailored collection of modules that provides guidance, mentorship, coaching and bootcamps to anyone interested in starting their own business
  • On graduating, students get access to a number of alumni benefits that set them up for success, including careers advice for life, and they can sign up to access exclusive networking events and opportunities.

Regent’s is a consistently high performer in student satisfaction ratings, ranking 3rd in London, and in the top 10 in England, for overall student satisfaction in the NSS 2022. The University is also 4th in the capital for the metrics ‘best learning community’ and student voice.
