Regent’s ranked 3rd in London for student satisfaction

Regent’s University London achieves another excellent result in the National Student Survey (NSS). Regent’s is 3rd amongst London-based universities and 9th in England for overall student satisfaction. The university also retained its place as 4th best for learning community, while improving on student voice moving from 7th place to 4th in the capital. 

The annual survey shows an overall student satisfaction rate of 82.5% at Regent’s, which is 6% higher than the sector average and 5% higher than the benchmark set by the Office for Students (OfS). It’s also an improvement of 4% on the result from 2021.

Engaging and compelling teaching 

The best scores for Regent’s underline its reputation as a teaching-intensive, student-centred university. 89.5% of Regent’s students said their tutors are good at explaining things. The result reflects the distinct teaching approach and a strong commitment to continuous improvement across the University.  

Lecturers and tutors at Regent’s work across subject areas for the benefit of students to make sure students develop the diverse skills and knowledge needed for their career. 86.8% of Regent’s students said their course had provided them with ‘opportunities to bring information and ideas together from different topics’, mimicking work in the real world.
