Regent’s to validate Istituto Marangoni courses

From September 2023, students at Istituto Marangoni Fashion Schools in London and Paris will graduate with a degree from Regent’s University London. The new partnership with Istituto Marangoni adds to Regent’s select portfolio of collaborative partnerships.

As a well-established powerhouse of fashion and design learning, Istituto Marangoni has nurtured emerging talent for over 80 years, helping students develop and hone their skills and strengths. Its mission is to empower talent in fashion, art and design. Like Regent’s, students at Istituto Marangoni come from all over the world to study, exchanging ideas, projects, inspiration and perspectives.

Istituto Marangoni’s students in Fashion Styling, Creative Direction, Responsible Fashion, Visual Merchandising, and more will now study on courses validated by Regent’s University London. Whether they study an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in London or Paris, they will be awarded a Regent’s degree when they graduate.

As sister institutions and members of the Galileo Global Education group, staff from both universities have worked together to provide this inspiring opportunity to Istituto Marangoni students.

Professor Geoff Smith, Vice-Chancellor & CEO at Regent’s University London, said:
‘Our partnership combines the best of both brands and draws on a shared interest in creative, entrepreneurial higher education. We have huge respect for Istituto Marangoni’s industrial focus and reputation. As one of the most internationally diverse universities in the UK, Regent’s works closely with its partners to support students in becoming tomorrow’s global leaders, founders and changemakers.’

Valerie Berdah-Levy, Director of Istituto Marangoni, said:
'We are excited and honoured to begin this partnership with Regent's University London, which will channel both institutions' shared values of excellence within the academic offering. May it be a prolific collaboration, supporting the talent of the visionaries of our next generation.’

The partnership will be in place for undergraduate and postgraduate students from September 2023, subject to validation.
