Replacement certificate or transcript requests

• Regent's University London (including EBS, RACL, Regent’s College, RBS): Request a transcript 
  
  Requests are processed by the ASK Centre (previously the Student Hub). You'll receive your transcript by post or email as requested. The length of time it takes to process a transcript varies depending on your year of graduation. As a guide*:
   
  • Graduation before 2008 – two weeks
  • Graduation after 2008 – one week

* Please note these timescales are only a guide and at particularly busy periods there may be some delay.

Replacement certificates can be issued for all those who studied a course validated by Regent’s University London. Please note that we cannot provide digital copies of certificates – and most course certificates have a fee of £50 per copy. You'll be notified via email when your certificate is ready for collection or posting (within 8 weeks of submitting the form and completing payment where required).
