Alumna chosen as co-creator for central London exhibition

A recent Regent’s graduate was chosen as co-creator at a central London art exhibition, the Koppel Project.

Martha, who graduated with a first in BA (Hons) Liberal Studies (Art HIstory) in the summer, was invited by artist and curator Sarah Lightman to co-curate the exhibition, Urban Reckoning.

The exhibition deals with 'our new fraught relationship with the city. We cannot be part of the outside world as we were before.’

It invites eight international artists to represent the urban spaces around them with virtual reality, sculpture, painting, drawing, and video.

Martha was selected after she was lead curator in Lightman’s solo show in Regent’s Knapp Gallery on campus earlier this year.

The exhibition is taking place at London’s Holborn Viaduct.
