Members of the University's Centre for Entrepreneurship & Family Business, Chris Swaffin-Smith and Professor Simon O'Leary, have continued to support their family business networks throughout the coronavirus crisis by adding to their research and scholarship on the role of the family business adviser (FBA).

Following an initial paper in 2019, a further two Regent's working papers have been issued in recent months to form the current trio of papers in their 'walking the tightrope between family and business' series about the often delicate balancing act that FBAs undertake.

Chris continues to actively support a variety of family firms internationally as well as focusing on family business teaching and research here at Regent's.
