Bart Adriaensen

After graduating, Bart moved into visual merchandising and picked up roles at H&M and JBC. He now oversees 10 countries as a Visual Merchandising Trainer at Esprit, where he coaches and upskills teams.

Javed Afridi

Javed Afridi is the CEO of JW-SEZ Group, which includes companies like Haier Pakistan, MG Motors, Foton, Forland, Peshawar Zalmi, Zalmi Foundation. In 2020, he was awarded Sitara-e-Imtiaz, the highest civilian award in Pakistan, for philanthropic activities and sports diplomacy.

Sultan Sooud Al Qassemi

Sultan Sooud Al-Qassemi is an Emirati columnist and researcher on social, political and cultural affairs in the Arab Gulf States. He is also the founder of the Barjeel Art Foundation, an independent initiative that contributes to the intellectual development of the art scene in the Arab region.

Pedro Andrade

Pedro is the Co-founder and CEO of Hunter Boards, a premium electric skateboard brand building lightweight, comfortable and powerful vehicles. Pedro was named one of Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2021.

Hugo Arévalo

Hugo Arévalo is a serial entrepreneur and investor in some of the most prominent startups in Spain. Currently, he is co-founder and CEO of ThePower Business School (named #1 startup in Spain by LinkedIn in 2020, and #2 in 2021), and co-founder of Grupo Auro, one of the largest mobility companies in Spain that has more than 2500 vehicles in operation.

Asil Attar

Asil Attar is an Iraqi born-business woman with over 25 years' experience in the fashion and retail industries. She has held multiple CEO positions for various multi-million dollar businesses, and has worked for luxury brand and retail groups such as Harrods, Giorgio Armani Group and Karen Millen.

Her Majesty, Queen of Bhutan

Her Majesty is the President of the Bhutan Red Cross Society and a United Nations Environment Programme Ozone Ambassador. She’s also Royal Patron of the Environment and works closely with the National Environment Commission, the Royal Society for Protection of Nature, Clean Bhutan and more.

Juliette Bougartchev

After graduating, Juliette moved to Paris, developed her ideas and formally launched her brand, Degrave Paris, in tribute to her grandmother – gender-fluid eveningwear inspired by Paris nights with exaggerated buttonholes, masculine shoulders and exclusive fabrics.

Dr Mick Cooper

Mick is a Chartered Psychologist and a Professor of Counselling Psychology at the University of Roehampton. His principal areas of research are shared decision making/personalising therapy and counselling for young people in schools.

Abbas Dayekh

Abbas founded Nigeria's leading one-stop solution for deliveries and professional services, OyaNow – a 24-hour home delivery, distribution and dispatch service provider that caters to over 200 million people and businesses via its mobile app.

Jason Drew

Jason is an international business leader, serial entrepreneur, environmentalist and author. He is a Founder Investor in an insect-inspired hedge fund and a pharmaceutical-grade psychoactive extracts business.

Charlotte Fox-Weber

Upon becoming UKCP accredited, Charlotte continued her private practise. In 2015, she designed and founded the School of Life Psychotherapy and ran the global service until 2020, growing the team from one to 25. In 2021, she co-founded Examined Life, a therapist collective. Charlotte’s first book, What We Want, was released in August 2022.

Carlo Garuzzo

Based in London and Turin, Carlo is founder of flyRen Energy Group, a venture dedicated to direct investment, asset management and development in the renewable energy arena.

Gabriela Hersham

Gabriela has been credited as an original pioneer of co-working in the UK, having founded Huckletree in 2014. Huckletree is now one of the UK’s most exciting coworking brands, bringing together the UK and Ireland’s most innovative start-ups, entrepreneurs and businesses.

Tre’Shawn Griffin-Noordermeer

Tre' Shawn served two terms as national Secretary for Democrats Abroad, Netherlands, where he helped to increase overseas voter turn-out, lead internal development and handled media inquiries. In 2021, he was elected Chair of the national organisation.

Felicia Hjertman

Felicia left her job as an Investment Analyst and Fund Manager at Baillie Gifford to build Tillit – a DIY investment platform that helps personal investors invest with confidence, conviction and ease in funds picked by experts.

Carlijn Hoogstad

Carlijn started as Production Assistant on films including Oscar-winning 1917 (Best Visual Effects, 2020), Maleficent: Mistress of Evil and Cats. She then went on to work for Soho-based studio One Of Us as VFX Line Producer, and has worked on major titles including Fantastic Beasts, Munich: The Edge of War and Netflix’s The Witcher.

Hana Hrzic

Hana has acted in a number of short films including Mouth-to-Mouth (2019) and The Invigilator (2019). In 2022, she starred alongside Zoe Kravitz and Robert Pattinson in Matt Reeve’s The Batman – playing the role of Catwoman’s roommate, Annika Kosolov.

Philippa Kennedy OBE

Philippa is a celebrated columnist, presenter, journalist, editor and script writer. She was the first woman to hold the News Editor position on the Daily Express newspaper, as well as working for The Sun and editing the journalists’ trade magazine, Press Gazette. In 2003 she was awarded an OBE for her services to journalism.

Roberta Livingston

Roberta has established herself as an actor and writer. Currently, she’s balancing acting work alongside participating in the BBC’s Writersroom and developing her own TV series.

Dr Maria Luca

After graduating, Maria lectured at City University. In 1998, she took up the position of Director of the Master’s Programme in Psychotherapy, then became Head of School and Senior Research Fellow at Regent’s. She was Founder of the Centre for Relational Studies and Psychological Wellbeing and the Journal of Psychological Therapies.

Shayan Mahmud

Shayan developed Eikon 7, an advertising and digital marketing agency with offices across four continents. In 2021, he was named one of Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia for Media, Marketing and Advertising.

Rebecca Masri MBE

Rebecca graduated from Regent’s in 2004 from International Business and subsequently joined the new markets team at Goldman Sachs. She then went on to found Little Emperors, a members’ only luxury hotel club, alongside three other Regent’s alumni. 

Kevin Maxwell MBE

Kevin served as a detective in both the Greater Manchester and London’s Metropolitan Police forces. He now writes and advocates for social justice and equality – and was awarded an MBE For services to Diversity through Literature in 2021 for his first book, Forced Out.

Marta Ortega

Marta, daughter of Zara founder Amancio Ortega, began her career working as a sales assistant in Zara and Bershka stores. She’s now been with their parent company, Inditex, for over 15 years and recently took over as Chairwoman – leading the biggest high street fashion group in the world.

Ilyes Ouali

Ilyes won television show Fashion Star Arabia and was named as a finalist in Fashion Trust Arabia’s eveningwear category. His eponymous brand was inspired by his mother’s wardrobe and highlights the under representation of Arab and North African women in the fashion industry.

Giulia Pedretti

Giulia is the Director and Owner of Arteak Ltd, an international company specialising in health, safety, security and environment. Arteak operates in more than 20 countries worldwide and delivers innovative services and projects. In 2022, she was named one of Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe.

Maren Rose

Maren was offered a role in the Online Merchandising team at Farfetch, which led to her current role as Online Merchandiser and Curator for Farfetch Private Client – a personalised shopping experience informing clients of new products and designers.

Isabelle Sieb

Isabelle was lead director for the 26-episode Sky drama The Athena, as well as the critically acclaimed BBC show Shetland. Isabelle also directed BAFTA nominated Vigil, as well as Amazon Prime drama The Devil’s Hour.

Selin Sogutlugil

Selin is one of the last surviving relatives of Turkey's founding father Kemal Ataturk. Splitting her time between Istanbul and London, she is a human rights and political activist, author and screenwriter – and the first Turkish woman to complete the Great Wall of China marathon.

Riccardo Tessaro

Riccardo is the Co-founder and CEO of Gravity Co-Living, one of Europe’s fastest growing co-living companies. Since founding the company in late 2017, he has grown it across five locations and received more than £6m in investment funding.

Edgar Vicente

Edgar is the founding partner of Enzo Ventures, a venture capital firm started in 2020 that supports young founders of seed-stage tech companies. The firm recently launched its second fund of €20m. In 2022, Edgar was recognised in Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

Ruby Wax OBE

Ruby is a well-known comedian, TV writer and performer with over 25 years' experience in the entertainment industry. She’s a prominent mental-health advocate and author of the books Sane New World and A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled.
